FULL-TIME DEPARTMENT LEAD

The Department Lead position oversees the Farm Department. The position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and assisting customers. 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Product Knowledge
  • Agriculture/Farm background
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
  • Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

Responsibilities

  • Freight handling/forklift operation
  • Cashier
  • Sales
  • Handling phone calls
  • Assisting Customers with product selection and loadouts
